Maloney Environmental Consulting (MEC) offers all manner of environmental services to managers of commercial and residential properties:

Drinking Water Testing - Sampling and analysis of drinking water in commercial, public and school buildings. Solutions are designed to meet regulatory requirements in the most cost-effective manner.

Hazardous Materials Assessment - Inspection and analysis of hazardous materials use, storage and disposal. MEC can recommend more cost effective and environmentally friendly alternatives to processes and materials, and arrange for the proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Asbestos Testing - Inspection, sampling and analysis of building materials. Inspections may be comprehensive, or focused on specific areas or materials. MEC designs the most logical and effective plan to identify problems, with an eye toward solving or managing asbestos issues.

Typical Projects:

MEC conducted lead testing in an apartment complex consisting of 126 units in eleven buildings. The testing and information provided in the report helped calm residents' fears about potential drinking water contamination. Click on photo to enlarge.
